OUR DESIGN PROCESS: 1 - Inquiry - Fill out the contact form below to get started and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule a free consultation call. 2- Proposal - Following our call, we will create a proposal that will outline your custom gift concept, cost and project timeline. 3- Design Approval - We will collaborate on design revisions until you are completely satisfied. Once the gift design is finalized we will send over an invoice for payment to order and get ready for assembly. 4 - Assembly and Delivery - We handle all shipping, delivery and hotel coordination (if applicable) and keep you posted along the way.
