How does shipping work?

Our boxes are shipped throughout Canada using Canada Post, Canpar or UPS. Our website will provide estimated shipping times; however we cannot guarantee the exact shipping date for the order.

What is your return policy?

We strive to make sure that your gift arrives to your recipient securely and as pictured. We do not offer exchanges or returns but if there are any issues with your gift, please contact us.

My purchase is a gift. I don't want any prices or receipts included in the box.

Rest assured, we never include receipts or any prices inside our gift boxes.

Can I attach a note to my gift?

Yes, each gift comes with a complimentary greeting card. Please select a greeting card and write your personalized message under ‘Message for Greeting Card’ before adding your gift box to the cart.

Do you have a pick-up location?

Orders can conveniently be picked up from our location in downtown Toronto. Choose the pick-up option at checkout and a member of our team will reach out to you with a date and time frame during which you can pick up your order once it has been processed.

Can I personalize a Pre-curated Gift Box?

Yes, if you would like to make personalizations to our selection of pre-curated gift boxes, kindly contact us and we would be happy to make the changes for you. Please note that all changes are subject to additional charges and availability.
